The location was good for my one night stay. I guess that was alright
Honestly, i wasn't impressed at all, especially when the housekeeping decided our spare key was more useful to them than to us. the tv wasn't working properly, so entertainment was definitely off the table. plus, the bathroom reeked of cat pee. It was lovely i must say.

The receptionist seemed rude. They told me 'what do you want me to do' when i reported the phone wasn't working. i had to walk to the restaurant instead of ordering room service. it felt dismissive for a hotel of this price point.

the location was excellent. i appreciated being next to a metro station and near many restaurants. the modern facilities were quite functional. i found the bed and pillows comfortable.
The underground parking had limited spaces. Entry proved difficult for a larger car.

I totally loved the friendly, polite staff at reception, bars, restaurants, and housekeeping. they are amazing! the room had big, comfortable beds, a super clean bathroom, and great shower and lighting. i really appreciated the complimentary water and the coffee machine. Also the tv has adjustable viewing options.
i experienced one small issue with the taxi arrangement. when a taxi is arranged from the hotel to the airport, there should be no room for errors. the hotel should take responsibility for any issues that arise.

the hotel is next to the new shopping centre and food hall, it is a perfect location. metro and bus stops are right outside the hotel; it is very easy to travel around. the hotel has a terrace bar with normal prices.

the location was convenient near the metro station.
Checking in, i found no towels in the room. there also were no bathrobes available. the pool seemed unclean. I saw dust particles, dead insects on the floor and surface, and there were only 3 sun beds for all the guests

I found the breakfast very complete. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with very comfortable beds. The hotel is near the subway station. Elektrownia Powiśle is also close and offers bars, cafes and restaurants.
During check-in, I received a registration card with another person's data. I also requested an extra duvet, but I was told to ask the maids myself.
